This portrait project was shot on 35 mm color film which was then digitally overlayed and manipulated in order to create these surreal natural portraits/landscapes. The aim of the project is to subvert gender norms and boundaries which imply that masculine people can't be seen as graceful or beautiful because it is something associated with femininity. They are hiding themselves, their softer more vulnerable side, but in brief moments it appears and blooms just like flowers.
